Name: Bennett, Paul J.

Historical Note: Paul Jerry Bennett joined the State Department in 1958, after obtaining a degree from Harvard Law School.  He was an economic officer in the American Embassy in Rangoon, Burma.  He also had diplomatic assignments to Burma in 1971 and 1973 and served as the American Consul in Chaing Mai, Thailand from 1979 to 1981.  Bennett died in 1989.
