Ms. Baker, the author of over 10 novels, several novellettes, and numerous short stories published in Asimov's, Amazing Stories and has been nominated for Locus Awards, the Campbell Award for Best New Writer, the Hugo Award, the Nebula Award, and the Mythopoeic Award, and has won Romantic Times Reviewer's Choice Awards and the Sturgeon Award for her work. She is currently working on a new fantasy series.
