Biographical Note

Robert Bullington was a professor of Biological Sciences at Northern Illinois University.  He travelled widely in Asia and Africa.  He was Education Advisor on Science in Southeast Asia for the Agency for International Development.  He also held the same position in Zambia.  He was a Fulbright-Hays lecturer and consultant for science education and ecology in the Philippines.  In 1965 he was elected a Fellow of the Philippine Association for the Advancement of Science.
