Brief Description: The materials in the collection partially document Ray A. “Dutch” Scott’s 1974 campaign for Illinois State Senator. Included are correspondence, position papers, and projects describing Scott’s Democratic platform and his involvement in local community services prior to the 1974 campaign.  Also included are state and local legislative publications, reports, and memorandums dating 1967 to 1976.
