The Fairway Oaks Homeowners Association was created around 1985 with the establishment of the subdivision located off Bethany Road between First Street and Route 23 in DeKalb, Illinois. The Homeowners Association is responsible for the legal, financial, and governance of the subdivision it was created for. The Homeowners Association Board is comprised of elected homeowners within the subdivision.
