Records Relating to Operating Staff | Northern Illinois University

This record group documents the university's personnel relationships with civil service employees.  It contains records from the Operating Staff Council including minutes, budgets, and Operating Staff newsletters.  In addition, records from various civil service unions are located in this collection.  The Northern Staff News is added regularly.
