Brief Description: The Caroline Stevermer Papers consists of printed (paper-based) and handwritten manuscripts for her novel When the King Comes Home, along with a small amount of correspondence related to those materials. The collection is divided into series based upon format. Series I consists of novels, and Series II consists of correspondence. Series III contains miscellaneous material. The majority of materials are organized within their series based upon original date of publication.
